I believe that food is medicine and, in most cases, if we eat a healthy diet, we will lead healthier and more productive lives. My passion was fashion...Now my mission is nutrition!
I really wanted to boost my nutrition and eat “healthy,” but I was spending too much time opening bags, jars, and containers and measuring ingredients, ensuring I got all the plant protein, fiber, good fats, vitamins, and minerals my body needed. I decided to make the nutrient packets in advance to shorten the process. My friends and family said, “If you package that, I will add it to my smoothie every day.”
BOOSTIE™ was born!
Now my friends and family include BOOSTIE™ Perfect in a meal every day. They enjoy BOOSTIE™ Perfect in a smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, or any cereal. They also eat it as a snack or meal.
